Darlene was born in Fort William on November 25, 1934. She met and married Arnold County and together they started their family. Darlene worked a the Fort William Gardens for many years, until retirement in 1995. She enjoyed her camp on Lake Superior, bowling and her gambling trips to Hinkley and Grand Portage.

Darlene is survived by her children Margaret (Jim) Rosetti, Cheryl (Joe) Sacino and David (Benita); grandson Alexander Rosetti; step-grand daughter Tana-Leigh (Allan) Harty and great grandchildren Lux-Leigh and London as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Arnold (2009) as well as her mother and step-father Margaret (nee Gibb) and Alec Oberg; in-laws Ernest and Caroline and numerous other relatives.

In respect of Darlene’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held in Mountainview Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest with her husband Arnold in the County family plot.
