Obituary for Gregory Wayne "Greg" Donylyk

Gregory Donylyk

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our brother, Uncle Gregory Donylyk, age 68, with his family by his side.
Known to be a social butterfly, Greg was friendly, making friends wherever he went. Greg worked at Great West Timber for many years.
Enjoyed all sports, especially baseball and hockey, supporting our local teams. Greg attended those games with his good friend
Brian Presenger. Greg helped with the Hornets Hockey Club in his younger days, coaching hockey and supporting the team. Going to
Fit4Less daily for Greg was part of his daily routine for many years, diligently doing his exercises. Greg loved to travel taking his nieces
and nephews to many places, Valley Fair being a fun adventure. Collecting different souvenirs from his travels with quite the collection.
Greg will be sadly missed by his sisters Roxanne and Donna, his nieces Meagan, Nicole, nephews Kyle, Corey, Jody and their families. Predeceased
by his parents and brother Tony. We will never forget the love and support Greg gave to each one of us. There will always be a special place in our hearts
for our Uncle Greg. Special thanks to Dr. Brent Bukovy, Greg's doctor of many years, always having time for Greg.
Also thank you to the team of doctors and nurses at the TBRHSC 2B and ICU.
If friends so desire, donations to the Thunder Bay Humane Society would be greatly appreciated. Cremation has taken place, a private family
Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
