Obituary for Mr. Christopher Gerald Beauregard-Craig
CHRISTOPHER BEAUREGARD-CRAIG
March 15, 1990 – March 13, 2023
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we announce that Mr. Christopher Gerald Beauregard-Craig passed away unexpectedly in his home on Monday, March 13, 2023.
Christopher was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario on March 15, 1990. He was educated locally, apprenticed as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, and was most recently working toward a degree in Philosophy at Lakehead University.
He enjoyed spending time outdoors and was passionate about camping, fishing, quadding and snowmobiling. He was proud of his Indigenous heritage and was very interested in philosophical discussions and literature; but above all else, he cherished the time that he spent with his family and friends.
Christopher always loved deeply and without reservation. He cared about people in the most genuine of ways, always wanting the best for them, helping however he could and expecting nothing in return. Though his life was cut short, he touched countless hearts while he was with us and the world is most definitely a lesser place without him.
Chris is survived and will be forever missed by his parents Lori and Alexander McCoy; sister Jessica Tuhro (Doug); niece Katherine; grandmother Connie Craig; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Gerald Craig.
A private family service has already taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James.
