Mrs. Agnes Grace Williamson (nee Nash), age 84 years, passed away peacefully in St. Joseph’s Hospice on Saturday, October 15, 2022 with her family by her side.

Agnes was born on April 24, 1938, in Port Arthur, Ontario and was educated locally. On August 5, 1955, she married Nelson John Williamson and they had 4 children. Agnes worked various jobs but her true devotion was taking care of her family and their home in Murillo.

Agnes enjoyed travelling with Nelson and her children and grandchildren. Her family was of the utmost importance to her.

Agnes is survived by her children Bill (Linda), Bev Everett and Bonnie Perrier, grandchildren Lorena, Ian and Victoria and great grandson Heath. As well as brothers Hugh (Marion) Nash and Herb (Jean) Nash and sister-in-law Anna Nash.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Nelson, son David, parents Albert and Lorena Nash (nee: Rice), brother Walter Nash, grandson Trevor Williamson, son in law Jerry Perrier, brother-in-law Albert (Maisie) Williamson and sister-in-law Mable (Stan) Pollard.

A Funeral Service for the late Agnes Grace Williamson will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 11:00 AM, at St. James Anglican Church, in Murillo, with Rev. Jonathan Blanchard officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery, where Agnes will be laid to rest with her husband. A visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, October 26, from 7:00 until 9:00 PM in the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore St. at James.

For those unable to attend, a video recording of the service will be available on the Everest of Thunder Bay website beginning on Friday.
