Obituary for Ms. Sandra Ann Russell

Ms. Sandra Ann Russell, age 66 years, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Sandra was born in Port Arthur on February 17, 1955, second child to Charles and Myrtle Russell (both deceased).
Sandra worked many years as a school bus driver for Iron Range and loved her tiny passengers. Sandra was a great mother who so very much loved her sons and grandchildren. She had the biggest heart. She fought through cancer only to succumb to it.
She is survived by her sons: Rylan, Sean, and Bowen Carmichael, granddaughter Marissa Carmichael, grandson Tristan Carmichael, partner Stan Johnson, sisters Gwen, Teresa, Geraldine, Wanda and brother Pat.
She was predeceased by brother Richard.
As per Sandra’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held during the summer of 2022. Arrangements have been entrusted to WESTFORT FUNERAL CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James.
