1930 – 2020
The family of Teresa Bevilacqua sadly announces her passing on December 31, 2020 in Hogarth Riverview Manor, at the age of 90 years.
Teresa was born on January 6, 1930 in Fort William, to Agnes and Frank Hvezda. She was the youngest of seven children. She met Anthony “Tony” Bevilacqua while working at Canada Bread and they were married in June 1951. Together they raised six children.
Mom loved to bake, cook, as well as knit. Her home was always where her heart was.
Mom will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children Bruce [Margaret; Jeff (Kim) and Phil (Miranda)], Lynn [Doug; Kristy, Mandi, Scott (Melissa); Doug Jr. (Danielle) and Lindsay (John)] O'Connor, Ron [Charlene; Ryan (Rochelle), Kyle (Jessica), and Shannon], Terry [Cathy; Branden and Callie], Tim [Kathy], Mark [Sue; Jessica, Matthew and Mitchell]; 18 great grandchildren; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law George and Carole and Norman and Lorraine; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Agnes and Frank Hvezda; husband Anthony “Tony”; brothers Peter, Frank (Anita), Joe and John; sisters Anne (Walter) Wywrot and Helen (Clem) Paradis; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Ann (Ovidio “Musky”) Mascarin, Eola (Albert) Adduono (Albert) and Alfred (Doreen); niece Susan Tysoski; and nephews Bruce Swartz and Bob Cross.
As per Teresa's wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral services will take place at a later time. Arrangements are in care of WESTFORT FUNERAL CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Teresa to St. Joseph's Care Group would be appreciated.
The family of Teresa would like to thank the staff on 3 South at Hogarth Riverview Manor for their loving care. Thank you also to Father Francisco Blazek for his visits and his spiritual guidance during this difficult time.

This month marks 20 years since our Dad and Grandpa has departed this life.
With Teresa's recent passing, she has been reunited with her husband Tony.
We Love you, miss you and find joy in knowing you are together again.
