Condolence: Shirley and family: What a great loss for all of you who were so close to him as well as his family at Thunder Bay Hydro. He was well liked by all staff and thinking of Derrick as Wally and Julie McKay used to keep me up to date on his progress, two things came to mind for me. We hired Derrick and Don Zimack on the same day so who would have ever thought that we would hire two people whose last name started with "Z" ( not a common letter although my wife's maiden name started with a "Z") on the same day. Secondly I know his dad and new his grandfather very well. I will keep him in my memory.
