Such a nice man. His attendance at our events and classes, and coffee at A&W, were always looked forward to.
Personally, I learnt to look at age in a very different manner because Jack was unique, it gave "aging" new meaning for me

Condolence: Julia and I received news of Jack's passing with great sadness. Jack and his lovely wife Ann could not have been more welcoming,helpful,warm and kind to us when we arrived in Thunder Bay back in 1980. It was a privilege to have worked for Jack. He was quite a guy in so many truly good ways, that will be familiar to all those who knew and treasured him.
