The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mr. Lorenzo "Larry" Bertin can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Becky Johnson
Condolence: Our deepest condolences on the loss of Larry. I first remember the family from when we lived across the back lane from you all - you on Ross, us on Yawkey. Larry worked with Grandpa, and in turn, I worked with Larry in the machine room too. I learned to bowl, and often had a team playing against him. (We never won!). But we sure had a lot of fun. I always had a great deal of respect for Larry - he was inspiring in his love of family, and for his amazing attitude about life! Please know we are thinking of all at this sad time. God Bless you all!

Condolence: My condolences.....Larry was such an iconic member of the Marathon community back in the day. Lots of memories of him bowling, and even as a young fella when the Bertin's lived just across the back lane when we lived on Yawkey street. Although it has been many years since I have seen Larry, my memories are still vivid and he was always a person I respected and looked up to......god bless.
