Condolence From: Gord and Gerry Perrier
Condolence: Sincere condolences to John's "Topper's" family. Gord and I were saddened to hear about his sudden passing. We enjoyed many fun times with Johnny at Oliver Lake with my family (the Delamorandiere's) before Gord and I moved to Winnipeg in 1983. Johnny will be sadly missed by all of us who grew up together at the lake.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear about Johnny. My deepest sympathies. I have fond memories from when I was a kid; both David and I used to enjoy our times when uncle Scottie would take us to see Johnny and all of you. When we visited in the summer, we always looked forward to those times. David and I both send our sincerest sympathies to you all. Vicki and David

Condolence: Our deepest sympathies to Barb and family. John was always there for others and very generous with his time. John and I spoke on the phone because of our distance apart. Condolence: Dear Toppozini family, Revelation 20:13,14- "And the sea gave up the dead in it, and death and the Grave gave up the dead in them, and they were judged individually according to their deeds. And death and the Grave were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire." There will come a time when our loved ones will be given up by death. They will resurrect to be with us once again. What a magnificent time that will be. We anxiously await that moment.

Condolence From: George, Sandy and Family
Condolence: Lisa, Laura, John, Kimberley and William; Our hearts and prayers go out to you all and your families. Your Dad was truly one of a kind. He made you laugh, mad and cry all in the same hour. Whether it was the snowmobiling parties, horseshoe tournaments, the drives out to South Gillies for a visit or the monthly phone calls he kept us up to date on everyone. So many laughs and so many memories. We take comfort in having those wonderful memories that we have to cherish during our lifetime. John will be missed but never forgotten. We hope the love of family and friends will help you all through this difficult time. George "The Big Guy", Sandy, Georgie, Jesse and Kelly Symons

Condolence From: Gwen Prokosh
Condolence: Johnny, my perfect neighbour, you will be greatly missed. Your annual "horseshoe tourney" invites and community updates were always welcome and often comical Although you complained openly about Norman "the thief" during your neighbourly calls and described in detail which items he stole we soon discovered why we couldn't keep him at home. You always lured him back with sausages and cheese. We eventually ignored the bans and realized you were using the calls to chat and gather community intel. It was also through your social network, "Caesar of 608" became famous. We met people all over Thunder Bay who knew our dogs Caesar and Norman via Johnny Toppozini. I'm counting on Caesar being first to welcome you. Your chats always consisted of updates on your children and you held great joy in your family get togethers which always included a ton of food and an invite to all. Our entire household will miss you dearly Gwen, Gary, Norman and Scrappy
